Scope of the South Pars Oil Layer EPCC project included the Offshore Wellhead Platform and its jacket that was signed between PEDCO and SAFF on 12th of Des 2006. In the first phase of this project 7 wells will produce 35,000 bpd of oil. The pre -commissioning hookup for this project was done on 1st of Jun 2015. SAFF has also been in charge of the commissioning phase of this project. South Pars Oil Layer is using a FPSO for the production. The FPSO arrived in the location and the production was started in Mar 2017.
